I think that would be awesome. I believe the next support group meeting will be Dec 13th. I'm going to try to verify that this week and I'll let you and Ann know.

That's great to know about United Health Care.
Congratulations on your weight loss. That's fantastic. We certainly should support each other regardless of the type of surgery we've had as you are correct, many of the issues are the same.

My new insurance company will be United Health Care. It takes effect on Dec 1st. Keeping my fingers crossed that they approve me for surgery.
I just looked at my notes and it looks like the Support Group meets one the 2nd Friday and 3rd Tuesday or each month @ 6:30pm @ Penrose downtown. I'll try to verify that and maybe we can attend together?

It is so nice to know we are not alone in this process. Support must be key to doing this process.
When do you expect to hear from your insurance CO and what insurance do you have?
