WOW SO they called you Friday and said, HEY! Surgery Monday!?! 

I would love that, actually!!

I wrote blog post about feeling exasperated.  I just want a date, I am approved.  I understand things getting in the way.  I really just want a surgery date and I have been waiting for approval and the 6 month diet and the consults.  Ah well.  I will try to be MORE patient. OK I am venting..sorry about that! 

I need the time off from work.  I did not take vacation time last year because I wanted to stack my PTO time.   Now that I have time, and before school starts, surgery would be grand to get :)

I am waiting...patiently, for that call with the surgery date.

Congrats, your turn will be here soon!  I so understand the impatient part...I wanted mine now....the day after I got approved, but had to put if off for two months due to work committments.

Ohhh Ann! So sorry you had a GI bleed. You had to stay in the hospital quite a while huh? I hope all is well for you now, and that everything goes perfectly for you from here on out!
Isn't it funny how we never knew how good an egg could taste?! lol. Glad you finally made it home, and thank you for letting me know.

Just think its right around the corner for you (and me both) I feel your pain I am not very patient myself. I go on the 5th and will have my date then..I am so excited and a little scared but I know everything is going to work out for the best. Its awesome to have such a supportive group of friends to go through this with.

Hi All!

I GOT APPROVED!!  YAY!! 

BUT!! Since it is the Holiday Weekend, I will have to wait until Monday to see if I can get a DATE FOR SURGERY!!  Seems no one is in the office to schedule my surgery! GAH!! 

I am not the most patient person in the world, but I am trying! 

I AM SO EXCITED!! I Can't wait for my RNY!!
