Topic: LITTLETON SUPPORT GROUP THIS THURSDAY 2/11/10
It's time for our group get-together!
We will be meeting at Faith Community Church this Thursday 2/11/10 from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. 6228 South Carr Court
Littleton, CO 80123
We also discussed sharing before and after photo's - place them on a single sheet of paper and we will keep them in a notebook (that I will keep) and share them with new members or amongst our group. They can be updated/changed out any time you would like.

I'm not on here much but I am in the Brighton area. I live between Lochbuie and Hudson but spend alot of time in Brighton taking care of my grandmother.

Topic: Fiber
A question about fiber- is it okay to take other med's/vitamins at the same time as fiber or do they need to be taken at a separate time? If so how much time between?

WOW that is amazing! I seen him yesterday and I have to wait 6 months because (unfortunately) I have stupidly smoked and have to be smoke free in order to have the surgery! But at least I have a little more time to prepare and try to lose some more weight before hand!

I know I couldn't believe it went so fast!! I had no trouble with insurance, no trouble with the doc and no trouble with time off work. I am totally taking this as a sign that things are going to be great!
