I went to Dr Chae at SkyRidge Medical Center. My brother and sister also had sugery with Dr Chae. He is great. I don't think that any of the Md's here in Denver really Specialize in teens.

I just got the call to start my pre surgery classes!!! Unfortunately, I won't be able to start the Nov 1 classes due to my work schedule, but I will start the next round on Jan 1!! So hopefully I should be having surgery in March or maybe April!!!

It's snowing!!!!
We have about 3" on the cars, driveway and yard... it's not sticking to the roads though.

you may also want to check out dr. tom brown. he is lovely. he is at presbyterian st luke;s and did my surgery. i love him!

Thanks for the Denver welcome, Shellie. And, thanks too for giving me those two doctors names. I am going to check with both of them to see how they handle teenage patients. :)

Dr Tillquist did my RNY over 5 years ago. You will just love him!!!!! I hav e lost 150 pounds. I had a RNY. Just follow the plan and you will do just great. Carla Klein

You will love Denver -so welcome. There are several really good surgons here in Denver mine was Dr. Shieh he is great with patients and very calming. There is also Dr, Snyder who has done many surgeries I would check out all of their programs and see what their views are on kids..... Take care, Shellie
