Hi....I take Optisource.  They are a citrus flavor, chewable and you can buy them at Walgreens.  They are specifically for bariatric patients.  I think they cost around $28 a bottle and I take 4 a day.

If you are still having this problem, please consider speaking to your surgeon.

toni, you can consider us all your online "buddy".  We are all here to learn from each other and to lean on each other as well.  If you have something private to ask, just send a Private Message to one of your online friends.  Good Luck

Topic: I am brand new here
I was recently accepted for Bariatric surgery and will go to my 2nd class this Wednesday.  I am interested in having an online "buddy." to kind of walk me through everything and support my efforts. I have a lot of support from friends and family but there may be some things they do not understand.  Thanks

Topic: RE: New with LOTS of questions!!
Thanks a lot for the info.  I'm assuming this in response to the PM I sent you?  I have a follow-up question...about #4, how did the dynamics of your marriage change?  I will wait for your response, but this is something I'm concerned about (not in a good way), and will discuss more later. I will be glad to tell them hi...will they know you as Boner??  *Angel
