Hi Steph,

I had someone else reply to me in regards to the clothes also, she is supposed to take a look on the 20th, if that doesn't come through I will definately let you know or if she only takes a few things I will gladly give you the remainder, not sure how tall you are but I am a petite so all bottoms are petite just thought I should let you know that.
Thanks
Toni

I definitely need help with stalling. I really need to talk to someone about it. Sounds like you've had some experience with it. Please contact me if at all possible. [email protected]

Thanks,
Frankie

Topic: Off Track... Crap...

I had my surgery April 28, 2008. I have gotten off track in the last 2 months. How do I get back on track? I have stalled with my weight loss. I know I haven't been eating the right stuff, and my hair is falling out at alarming rates. Of course, I'm used to having thick hair, maybe that's why I'm freakin out.
I've heard that taking Zinc can help with the hair loss. I really stink at taking the vitamins I need to be taking. Anyone with any info on how to get back on track with my eating habits, exercising and which vitamins I should be taking, feel free to message me. Or you may write me @ [email protected]

Thanks,
Frankie

Hello,
I am in need of size 20, but I don't have any 16 (not there yet)  so if you need a place to take them off your hands let me know, I sure could use them!

Thanks,
Steph

Topic: RE: Surgery dates with Dr. Snyder

I started my "journey" in October of last year and was banded on 9/4/08... my insurance made me do the whole 6 month diet thing... I guess I could've done all the insurance requirements at once, but i dragged it out but I finally did it and I got approved first time... I really really did my homework... I know I bugged the heck out of Dolly... she called me at 6am to tell me that I was approved... she knew I would be so excited!!   So, I was approved and scheduled for surgery and then was reschedule two more times... but Finally got it done about 3 weeks after the approval. So excited!!

I did all the pre-op before my first consultation with him and once my insurance approved me (which took 6 months-I was rejected 3 times) they scheduled my surgery within 2 weeks.

Never, never, never, never give up.

Hi Paula,

Yes, I too went through the same kind of things with Dolly. It was very frustrating but in the end I was able to get through it all. I needed to get one clearance after another and just when I thought I had done everything another thing would crop up, but determined to get the surgery I just kept doing it and I had my surgery on September 8th of 08.

I had my surgery on the 8th of September, but had been approved by my insurance in April. It took me that long to get all my pre-op testing done and then on Dr Snyder's schedule. Mine was not the norm however as I was out of state and it took me a while to get everything in order. I would say if you have pre-op testing done and insurance approval you can get scheduled within a very short time!
