Well I am still making Century Cards if anyone wants one. Have not kept up with a few of you but I am back now and hopefully gotten back to everyone with your card that I might have missed. If I missed you please e mail me back with a new request. And for EVERYONE if you want a Century Card. 100, 150, 200, 250 or 300 just send me an e mail here on OH with your DIRECT e mail address so I can attach and sent it to you as well and the NAME you want on it ;o) I have made a couple new designs of cards. I think we've chatted before. I'm going out of state because there are no DS surgeons in Colorado. I think you had told me you wanted to get the Lap Band and were looking at Dr Chae, right? If you ever decide on the DS, Dr Anthone is one of the top docs in the field and is only a state away in Omaha. Please tell me this. Why are you going out of state for your surgery? I'm only at the stage of trying to select a surgeon, so I ask this from a learning point in this process.

I will be 3 week on Thursday and I was having the same issue... I was either getting my water or my protein but I could not get both in, without eating and drinking ALL day.
I talked to Jessica who told me that I should do 5 meals every 3 hours instead of 6-7 meals every 1.5 to 2 hours. And she told me to use the tasteless powder (which I have) to enhance the protein in my meals.
I now have about 2 hours to drink 16 oz of water... and it works. I even go over now. I know you are further them I am but I hope this helps. I also have a schedule drawn up for myself till I get used to it If you would like to see it. Dion
