Help 3 weeks post op

I had my surgery 3 weeks ago. Since I have had a Sernoma (I think thats what they call it) that I have to constantly stick gauze in my incision. Now I think Im getting another one in my other incision. It is almost healed and it hurts like anything. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
