Dear Kim, We're here for ya! It's soooo normal to feel that way. I was such a nervous wreck for the last two weeks. Try some mindless hobbies to keep your mind off of it until the surgery. Jigsaw puzzles, reading, and walking helped me out a lot. Just keep your eye on the prize. You're gonna feel great when that weight starts to come off! Keep your chin up and good luck in your journey. Feel free to email me at [email protected]. Take care. Catherine Bullock

It's completely normal Kim. You'll probably be a bit emotional for a little after the surgery as well. Don't worry though, it does go away and you will be glad you went through with it. Good luck to you Kerri 341/204/175ish

It completely normal. Your feelings are yours to own. You are on the verge of a new life. I am five months out from my surgery and can say it is the best thing I have ever done for myself. I would suggest journalling, talking with friends and family, and just keeping track of where you are now. It will be good for you to look back on after the surgery. Good luck and God bless, Mark
