Lost 180 Need Plastic Surgery

Ok so O.H isn't cooperating & i have been M.I.A for a year.. I used to be Angel S.. I've lost 180 pounds so far (that was 3 weeks ago) I haven't weighed recently. I desperatly need a plastic surgeon! I got bat wings so bad that if i flap my arm's hard & fast enough i could take flight! We won't discuss the belly - panni area nor the "twins" who look like shriveled up bananas hanging from a tree... I have Medicare & Medicaid.. Any idea's?? Anyone know of a doctor willing to take my medicare & medicaid?? I can't afford to pay out of pocket unless someone is willing to take payments every month of like $100.00 Which would take like forever to pay off.. I don't own a home so refinancing or getting a loan against it is out, i don't have great credit, bank loan is out... IDEA'S?? Anyone?? By the way.... Where the heck is everyone? Ya'll lose weight & don't come back now? This board is like dead!!!!!!
