Free dog

Hi My friend is a pet groomer and someone brought her a dog that she can't keep cause she has a Rottie and two other dogs. The dog is a female and about the size of a yorkie...will not get bigger than about 10 pounds..one of those breeds that make a good lap dog...but i have a cat and live in an appt.
