Exercise motivation needed

Hi. I'm post op quite a while and need to drop the last 50 pounds or so. I am a YMCA member and thought maybe there would be someone out there that would like to exercise together.

I tell you what. You start walking from Aurora and I'll walk from the Springs and we can meet in Castle Rock. haha

hi. i live in the springs and will have my surgery in a week and a half. i am supposed to start walking/exercising and would be interested in doing this with someone. do you live on the north side? cheryl

I live on the south side (Fort Carson actually). I go to the Jet Wing YMCA. It's a great facility and I really enjoy going there. Is it close to you too? Surgery in a week and a half, huh?. Mine was soooooo long ago. Best thing I ever did.
