USAA Humana Insurance

Has anyone had any experience with Humana insurance through USAA? I was approved for this surgery 3 years ago when my husband was with another employer, but I was turned off by the doctor at Bariatric Treatment Centers in Wylie, Texas. I really need this surgery and any help will be appreciated! Thanks!
