The rest of my life

Good Day All, with great anticipation and eagerness I await my surgery date of May 25, 2005. I feel like a kid in the proverbial candy store. I look forward to any guidance and/or direction that anyone might feel comfortable in imparting as I embark on the opportunity of taking back control of my life and its course. As I get ready to embark on this path, I am have been wondering if the guys have noticed/encountered any unique or different challenges and/or issues post surgery? Well I can't offer guidance or direction. But I can offer some words of encouragement that was offer to me. "Just enjoy the ride towards and into your new life" Congrats to you on the upcoming surgery. I'm 9 weeks post-op and 43 pounds down. Very happy about that.
