Reasearching! Pettine or Dickinson????????

I was just wondering if anyone here on the CO board could or would recommend one of these doctors? I have been researching them both and really don't know who I should chose. They are both in the same office and are in Fort Collins. Can anyone whose heard of or had one of these docs as their surgeons give info? Good or bad. Thank you in advance! -Tiffany

I had Dr. Pettine and absolutely loved him. I also had my surgery at the Harmony Surgery Center. It was wonderful. I had NO pain with my Lap RNY. I have had no problems and like the office staff too. He will explain everything to you and is prompt for his appointments (unless an emergency comes up) I had to self pay and this was the most reasonable cost that I have seen. I don't think you will be sorry if you go with Dr. Pettine. They have a support group tonight from 6:00-8:00 at the Poudre Valley Hospital in one of the rooms in the cafe. One of the doctors is there and they have a guest speaker. Their support group is the last Monday of every month. If you can make it, it might help you make a decision because there are allot of patients there that you can talk to. Hope this helps.
