Just a Hello

I have just joined the amos web sight and I wanted to Intrduce my self. my name is Pat and I live in aurora. I have two grown children and am raising my grandchild had him since he was 45 days, hes now 8. I have just begun my journey and I do not no where to begin. My husband and children are behined me 100% and will be with me completely. The bigest question at this point is do I need a referal ? My insurance is good. I have been researching this for a while now . my bmi is 54.4 I have been heavy my whole and no matter what I try I am still heavy. The smallest I ever remember being is at about 7 . me if you no thank you once again I would so love to be healthy and HAPPY!!!!!!

Welcome Pat, My name is Kris. About the referral, it all depends on your insurance, as I didnt need one. You will need to call your insurance company and ask them if they cover this and if you need a referral from your PCP.
