I'm Stuck!
I am getting so discouraged!!! I have been stuck at the same weight for over 2.5 weeks! Any suggestions? I'm eating my protein, trying to get in my water (40oz at least). They say the first 6 mos in the honeymoon phase, and I feel like a sitting duck! Any ideas, suggestions?

I know how frustrated you feel right now. I also had a few long plateaus that I endured. Give your body time to catch up with it's self that is basicly what it is doing. Once it has you will begin to lose the weight again. Just make sure that in the mean time you continue to follow the pouch rules. It's easy to get off track when you are frustrated. Make sure that you are working out. If you are and always do the same thing, mix it up a bit bike instead of walk. Walk instead of bike ect your body will get used to the type of movement you are doing and it will stop working as well so you need to mix it up every once and a while. Anyways, good luck breaking the plateau, and in the mean time just think about how far you have already come.
