Insurance doesn't pay

I just found out my insurance doesn't pay for the surgery. Any thoughts on what I can do?

I fought my insurance through 3 appeals, with the help of an attorney. Contact obesitylawyers.com (I used Gary Vascio). Fighting for insurance approval for this surgery is all their firm does.
