Hello Everyone!
WE DID IT!!!!! We made it through the holidays!!!!!
I am so glad it is over!!!! Now we can get on with losing and not have to worry about being tempted with food!! As we all know weight loss will be the focus for the New Year for most all.
What are your resolutions for the new year?
I plan on finding the perfect vitamins and taking them religiously!
Going to the gym 3 times a week!
Losing 100 lbs by June 30th.
