Gotta a cold and feel bad!!

I am 6 weeks out & have lose 38lbs, and I have a cold now, with a lot of congestion. All eveningI have been throwing up, mostly foamy substance. Is this normal? I have had a thrown up a few times when I dont chew well but does having a cold make it worse? Kerrie P.S. Anyone else have any numbness on the side (hip area) I sleep on my right side I wake up at night with *****ley pain and numbness that last for an hour or so, in my skin around my hip.
