HI there Kori, For breakfast I usually have a protein bar or drink. I am bad about skipping meals too. My hardest is lunch and dinner. If I could eat one meal a day and survive I would. I hope that you are able to come to the holiday party on the 15th. It would be great to finally meet you. Much Love, Kris

Hi there, Korianne - When I was first post-op, breakfast usually included 1-2 oz. of low-fat cottage cheese with diced green olives and pepper. It helped me get in some protein while sticking to the softer foods. Now, I usually have 3-4 oz. sliced deli turkey meat at about 9:00 in the morning. No one said that you have to eat "breakfast" food in the morning, and I, too, don't eat first thing in the day. So sliced deli turkey meat is a great start on my protein and waiting until 9:00 or after ensures that I don't have to eat first thing in the morning... Good luck! Frances 313/159/150

Hi Korianne, I like to eat a Toaster Scramble for breakfast... they make 4 different kinds... Like Egg,cheese & ham... or egg, cheese & bacon... I am 7 weeks out and I really enjoy them and they agree with me... Just pop one in the toaster and its quick and easy... Hope that helps.... Leslie 326/286/170
