Santa's little present to me!!!!

What's up everyone? Just thought I'd let everyone know that I got my Christmas present early this year. I got a date, Yep December 27th two days after X-mas. Just in time to start the new years off right by begining my new life to becoming happier and healthier. I'm praying that everthing goes good. Please wish me luck.

Thanks for the reply, Dr. Snyder is performing the surgery at Rose Medical Center the same as you. I'm too excited can't wait for Christmas to get over then I know it's only 2 days away. I don't have a angel yet not sure of how to get one. Hopefully everything is going good for you. Let me know how the road is so for, aren't you like 6 or 7 months post.

Hi Tina!! Dr Snyder and his staff are wonderful. You are in great hands. I had my surgery at St Anthony north in thornton because of insurance reasons. I wished I had it done at rose. I hear the bariatric nursing team there is wonderful. I had a very uneventful surgery and recovery. I had 1 bump in the road with a blood clot in my arm from an infultrated IV. I have a Hx of Pulmanary Embolism (blood clot in the lungs) so I was on coumadin for 3 months. No big deal. Everything is going great. I am at 200 lbs down 105 lbs from my original weight of 305. I have kind of been stuck here at 200 lbs for a couple weeks now. Normal but frustrating non the less. I have a hard time getting protien and water in still. I don't count protien or Oz or anything. I try to live life normally. I eat Hi protien low fat diet. And I work out now at lady fitness 3-4 times a week.. It only took me 6 months to start doin it, But I finally am. and I like it. I think I am addicted. . I would say the only down side to this whole thing is I have lost 3/4 of my hair. I take all my supplements. I was told that it should stop falling out around the sixth month so I have about a month to go. I am going to have to visit a wig shop soon... I said to my husband the other day, I would rather be skinny and bald than fat and have a full head of hair. Good luck on your journey. Email me if you need anything . .
