YEAH!!!! I'm Back...

Hello Everyone, I finally got my internet back and am so happy to be able to keep up to date... and check in on how everyone is doing... Well as of 11/04/04 I was 15 days out and down 25lbs... WOOO HOOO I need to start adding more exercise to help the loss go faster... I dont know if anyone else ever had a problem with one of their incisions... but My top left incision has opened up and there is a hole the size of about a quarter... and about an inch deep... Have alot of brownish black mushy stuff coming out... Dr. Tillquist says its not infected and that it will heal up... and that the stuff coming out is dead fat... It is sooooo gross and it really stinks badly... I wi**** would just heal up and go away... I know I cant complain if this is the worst problem I have after surgery... It really is mild compaired to other complications that have happened... I just hate that it is taking so long to heal... The 17th of this month I will be 4 weeks out... I cant believe how time flies... I dont have an updated weight loss, cuz I have decided not to buy a scale... I dont want to obsess on it... I figure I will just wait until my monthly check ups to weigh in... Ok, so there is my update... and I am so glad to be back... It will be good to have others to talk to again... Leslie

Welcome back woman!! WTG on the weight loss!! Yanno, you can come borrow my scale lol i only use it maybe once a week.. No idea what to tell ya about yer incision, i had it happen to me too but it wasn't nearly as bad as yours.. Wtg again, hope to talk to you soon!!
