I need my psyc eval...HELP!

I am in need of my psyc eval...already did the nutition class (which was awesome!). Not too worried about it, I am VERY curious about the way it is handled. would love to here from those who have seen Dr. Rick Bishop. I've called several Dr's to do my eval, but they have not wanted to do something like this. I have heard that Dr. Bishop is great. Also, what an awesome group you guys are! I want to be a loser SOOO bad!
