Fats in food, when?
I am just starting week 3 post op, and so I have been doing a lot of reading in the message boards, and websites, in order to prepare for the wonderful world of puree. However, as I look at posts from various doctors, and all of the low-carb diet advice, the one thing I don't see discussed is Fats. I know that I am supposed to have 65 grams of Protein/day, but what is the fat amt??
