I'm gettin' so nervous!

I have been waiting for this forever, and now I'm as nervous as a cat in a room full of rockin chairs!!!! Isn't it funny how you can't wait till your turn, then when the time comes - you start asking yourself crazy questions like "I am doing the right thing, right"? I have read so many profiles and success stories from this website, I know that it is the right thing for me, but it is just plain SCARY!!! Thanks for listening or should I say reading....just needed to vent. Miranda

Miranda, I, too, felt exactly like that. I "knew" I was doing the right thing, but a couple of days before I was going bonkers. I am now 2 weeks post op, and I KNOW this is the single best thing I have ever done for myself

Miranda, It is perfectly normal to be nervous & scared before surgery. You've waited and now the time is really here. Everyone will second guess their decision thats why you did the research and made an informed decision before you got nervous! Things will go well and you will get the opportunity to start a "new life." Best Wishes! Sharon
