Hi, Y'all! I'm baaaaack!

Well, I had my surgery on the 27th...was home on the morning of the 29th! Feeling pretty good...although my blood sugars are running high for some reason???? Anyway, I'm doing fine. Sorry it took so long for me to post, but, I've had company since I got home, and I've been busy as a bee since. I think I've been pushing my limits because I'm soooo tired today I could fall out. I would like to thank everyone for the encouraging emails, posts, visits and calls. They sure mean alot to me. You've all been a blessing. Again, Thanks! Oh...update on my hubby situation. He has changed his whole attitude. It's like someone flipped a light switch! I can't believe it. Prayers sure were answered. Let's hope it lasts! Hey, is anyone else thinking about the WLS cruise? I'm pondering on it...but, what if the weather is like this year? MMMMMM.....I dunno about that. Still hurricane season in Sept.... Maybe we could all get together and plan one NOT during the hurricane season....it's a thought! Catch y'all later! Mary

Mary, Hiya! So glad you are home all safe and sound! Try to relax as much as possible. Soon, you will have so much more energy, there will be no stopping you... but for now, take it easy! Hey Mary! I'm so glad to see you doing so well! I have just enjoyed the time since I've been home hanging out with my girls and walking a lot. Today I ate Cream-of-Wheat and for the first time since I had surgery I was FULL. Yay!!! I couldn't believe it! I was beginning to think that I was going to be hungry for the rest of my life and unable to do anything about it. Anyway, good luck with those full liquids and follow the rules!
