3 months out today!!!
I am officially 3 months out today!!
I am feeling good, nauseated alot but, nothing I can't live with. I have lost 75 lbs so far ( at least 5 lbs of it is hair) j/k So I am half way there another 70 lbs to go to goal. My next mini goal is to be below 200 hopefully before the end of the year .. I need to get my ass in gear and exercise more. 3 months, wow! Time flies .It seems like only yesterday I was a new post op scared and full of questions...

Congratulations! I'll bet you thought you'd get this far. Losing the weight is awesome and now that you are halfway there, I'll be you are flying high!
I know we talked before about Curves, 30 minutes, three times a week, it's not that difficult and it's easy to get into a routine. I know you walk. The one on 104th and Washington is pretty close to your office, if I remember correctly. I think right now they might have a free week trial going on, I've seen advertisements at my PCM's office. Just a gentle nudge to think of other alternatives, it will be getting cold soon (remember that excuse?). Then there's the Thornton Rec Center on 112th and Colorado, thereabouts. If you want me to meet you at Curves, call me, e-mail me, whatever and we'll try to coordinate schedules. I know there are some othe similar programs out there, can't think of the names off the top of my head, maybe Lady Fitness, but I haven't done them either so can say anything with any certainty.
I've almost lost 100 lbs., getting really close, already went to my six months, everything is going well, but now I have a virus I can't shake and the antibiotic seems to be giving me the crud.
Well, enough rambling....CONGRATULATIONS! And keep moving!

I need a nudge, and boy do I remember the Its too cold out excuse..I might sign up for lady fitness. its like 20 dollars a month or something. Or so I am told. I need to do more weight resistance training because, I fear that alot of the weight I have lost is muscle mass.. I will definately keep in touch..
