-73 lbs, and I wanted to check in

Hey there everyone! My first plateau has FINALLY passed (phew!) I was sweatin' it... even tho I KNOW it happens. Anyway, just a quick update. I was down to 194 this morning, which is a loss of 73 pounds. YAY! I am feeling really good. Losing my hair, but not my mind My job is going well, and the company wants to buy out my temp contract and has offered me a permenant position. Everything's coming up roses... Hey there!! It's good to hear that things are going so well. I am happy for you about the job for sure. Is it the one in the Denver West Tech center next to me? Wow you are going great guns on the weight loss you are not very far behind me. I am only down 82 lb so far. Having a bit of a problem getting in the exercise. Shame on me!! I am still losing my hair too and am wondering if it will be prolonged because of the second surgery last week. God I hope not soon I will have to by a wig!! I am sooooo busy now that I have more energy. I am volunteering at the museum for the egyptian exhibit, working my reg job, working part time at a bead store called Bead Haven, Making and selling my jewlery, and now selling Avon and mark products too. It seems like the more weight I lose the more things I pick up to do. And none of them involve excercise like they should. Keep up the good work!! Congratulations Susan!! Your pic is awesome!! How do you go about updating that, I would like to update mine.. I am so happy that your job is doing well and the weight loss is AWESOME. I had a 3 week plataue where I was at -65 lbs, I'm down to right about -75 now. 5 lbs of it IS hair loss. LOL anyway. can't wait to see ya at the next support group meeting.. Korianne 305/230/150

Be sure to tell them your first and Last name, and password. It takes about 2 weeks tho... but worth it! I am HATING the hair loss! waaaaaaaa Wi**** would stop! Ya, getting under 200 was great (IS great), except I plateaued at 199 (can ya believe it ) for quite a while. Seemed like an eternity. 193 now tho, so -74 today! Yippeeeeee When do you weigh in next? WTG Susan!! Ok so i'm 2 day's late replying to this lol sorry!! That's such a great job on the weight loss!!! I'm catching up to ya!! I'm down 50 pounds exactly.. 16 1/2 inches as well.. I'm so tweetered! Can't imagine how i'm going to feel getting down 73 like you!! I heard from Leslie Bahr the other day.. She's gotten approved for her surgery! Don't know the date yet.. She also got hired by that dentist she was doin her externship with.. Dunno if i ought to be saying anything about it or not.. But she can kick my butt later lol Great work!!! Keep it up!! Angel, WOW! -50 ALREADY?!?!? You are a rock star! Are you in those size 26's now? My 18's are too big, and I am in 16 now. Blows my freakin mind!!! Ya, I heard Leslie's date is Oct 20 (I think) Less than a month! I haven't measured anything, so I don't know how many inches are lost. I just can't wait to lose 20 more lbs, and weigh less than my hubby! Take care! Susan

lol Rock star? Far from it.. No the 26's don't fit yet.. I was at Catherines the other week because i needed some new pants.. I WAS wearing them stretchy pull on jeans in a size 38.. eek wow that's hard to say!! Anyway i tried on the 36's, too big. Tried on the 34's, Too big.. Ok so i try on the 32's, STILL too big.. So the sales lady hand's me a pair of 28's because they didn't have any 30's.. They fit! lol i screamed "holy **** they fit" from the dressing room & they were all laughing.. I can't tell you the last time i wore a 28 in anything.. I'm also down 2 shirt sizes.. They are the stretchy jeans that are kinda like leggings & super comfy, but all i care is that the tag say's 28 lol I haven't tried on any clothes from like Wal Mart yet or anything.. Not that brave yet!! I saw Leslie had made a post after i had wrote you lol I'm so happy for her! Too bad it's on a Wednesday, i won't be able to go see her. The only problem i am having is getting my calcium citrate in.. I can't choke down 5 of them bad boy's a day!! Gonna go look on Vitalady after i send this.. Kinda funny about the hubbies.. I'm losing & he's gaining lol Gonna have to check Ebay too as well.. I need a winter coat!! I don't even have one.. Guess i best scram.. Great job on the weight loss!! Keep it up!!
