Any maintainers in Colorado?
I'm at my goal, too, Rusty. The thing is, I am not satisfied with my weight loss and would like to keep losing, even though I can't seem to. What is your eating and exercise program like? I'm still doing low carbs, though I'm eating more veggie carbs than before, and exercising 6 days a week for at least an hour. Haven't lost a pound all summer.
