I had the same problem!!! I was so frustrated and my nose hurt from wiping or blowing all the time. Don't mean to sound gross but... I finally took a compact mirror, tweezers, and some good light to look up my nose and found rubber-like mucus that could not, would not be blown out. I had to use the tweezers, CAREFULLY, to pull this mess out. I was estatic because I could finally breath through my nose!!!! I had to do this serveral times over several days before things were normal. I think it has something to do with having that stupid tube up your nose. Plus, I had gotten a sinus infection because of that tube. I will tell you, nose spray, or sinus medication did not help the dripping at all. It only became a releif after digging around in there with the tweezers. Sorry if this is too graphic but I hope it helps. You are very considerate to stand behind someone with the tissue up your nose rather than drip on their head. Frankly, I would rather look at you with the tissue than have drips on my head. Good Luck! Staci

hIThere.I had this happen to me before at about 8 weeks and I thought it was the weirdest thing. It happened in bed and at first I thought it was a nose bleed. I had no idea it was associated with the surgery. Diana
