I was just wondering, I am 6 weeks out and I want some grapes, but do I have to peel them before I can eat them? I only want like 2 or 3, and I hate peeling them, but I will. Do any of you know this?? Much Love, Kris

Well I'm one month out as of yesterday and yesterday I had some of that chicken salad from Arby's and it has grapes in it. The salad went down really well -- grapes and all Michelle

Hey Michelle, I will try to eat them with the skins on then, and if I need to I can skin them after that. We missed you at the last meeting, I hope that all is going well for you! Much Love, Kris -41.1!!!!!!

Hi Kris, Thanks for the well wishes, life has been hectic, but I forgot to mention about the Arby's chicken salad... all the grapes are cut in half. That might make a difference, I'm not sure. Take care, Michelle

Kris, Hiya! I have been buying the large red seedless grapes at the farmers market. I cut them in 1/2, and then hold one piece and scoop the insides out with my teeth and throw the rest away. It is not that my pouch can't handle the skin, it is just that the less skin I swollow, the more juicy grapes I can eat Susan
