I went to Chili's for lunch with my mom today and had an Quesidilla Expolsion salad. It was amazing even though I ate less than a 1/4 of it. I am almost 4 months post-op and at last weigh in, minus 73lbs. Staci Leigh

Korianne Do you feel like you are getting enough to eat? I went out on other boards and everyone is different i know, but those close (and far) from your date have advanced to whole foods, I have gone to taco bell and had the chicken cheese quesadilla, 30 grams of protein and devided it between lunch and dinner about 4 oz each meal. I usually only tolerate watermelon for breakfast and 1/2 a yogurt, so now help there. I get in 60 oz of liqueds but good gosh at 104 i`d slosh when i walked. In fact pee would probly dribble down my leg all day lol lol Have you rolled up deli roast beef and a slice of cheese loads of protein and filling in your puchy, and have you tried any of the lean cuisine they are on sale at safway, they average 8-10 oz. and i always split them they are usually mushy and i think very healthy fat gram and calorie wise. Anyway hope it helps sounds like you are getting bored, dont let it happen it will drive you crazy.... LOve Deb
