I bought some vitamin B-12 Sublingual micro lozenges at Walmart and I was wondering if it's okay to take the dose, it says 2500mcg per vitamin.

I bought the same one's.. I showed them to Dr Tillquist & he said great.. I actually showed him all my vitamins i had boughten & he seemed pleased.. I'm guessing they're ok as he didn't say no to them or anything..
