Reached my 1st GOAL today!!!

Hey everyone. Sorry I have been absent a lot, but the job hunt has been horrific! I DO start my new job today - Thank God! I am 8-weeks post-op today. Guess what? I have reached the 1st of many goals. I HAVE LOST 51 POUNDS!!! My 1st goal: lose 50 lbs. My 2nd goal: get under 200 lbs (I was 216 today) I am happy, and wanted to share my good news! Thanks, everyone, for your posts The new job went well. I just pray it really works out! It is less than 1/2 mile from my house! I can even walk there (Weird! I wanna walk?!?!?) I also won a small-claims court case last night against my ex employers. They had stopped payment on my final paycheck. It was grueling, but it is over now, thank God! Oh ya, the new job.... it is a casual dress-code - I mean really casual... shorts and flip-flops even! Now I don't have to spend the big bucks buying work clothes that I will shrink out of!
