Pity Party is OVER HEEEERE!!!

I feel like CRAP!!!!! I don't feell like re-posting the story of my gallbladder surgery, but the basic on vicodan version is on my profile and the extended version is on the December board. I hurt... the vicodan is making me weepy and depressed, the pain is worse than I remember my bypass causing. I cant POOP I cant EAT I cant MOVE!!! I cant even cry cause it is hurting so bad and the sobs make my tummy hurt more. I KNOOOOOOW it will get better and that I need time to heal and it's only been a few days and ETC ETC ETC... I KNOW! but I just want to feel better RIGHT NOW! and there is no one here at my pity party so I am LOOOONELY. I am going to try and take more of that dreaded vicodan and see if I can sleep for 3 hours until it wears off and I feel like I got run over again. I guess I deserve this after having such an easy time after the bypass huh? I just needed to vent.... goodnight everyone... hopefully tomorrow I will feel better...

Shawna, Talk to the doc to be sure it is allowed, but percaset 7.5's could very well be your new temporary best friend!!! Trust me! I dont get a whole lot of pain relief from vicadin but percaset seems to last longer and work better, but you really dont want to take them long term. Keep your chin up!! CYA Michelle tallon

Hey Shawna; Im coming over to join your pity party, because believe me, it could be worse!! I would recommend Percocet as well...! I, too, had my gallbladder out this past week and in the process of the surgery, DrT also removed a HERNIA and discovered an ovarian CYST!!! Sheesh... On top of that, I am not able to eat or drink and CJ has already eluded to the fact that I will be back in the hospital!!!! So... cheer up, it really could be worse Good luck with your recovery!
