Tummy tube removed today

Well i had my tube removed,;-o little sting and all over, It was not bad... MIchelle Co and i are on the same track... LOst 17 Lbs. Im thrilled to death, Kelly and i talked for 30 min. and she let me go on pureed foods whhhooooo-hhhoooooo im so excited i almost cried, my food world is opening back up, but she said i had to be on it till the 22 of August so that shot my balloon down fast....cant quite figure out how to puree chicken lol. Some things are not meant to go in a blender...I dont care if rich people call it Pate, yuck Have a great day everyone... :party : party

Hey Girl, Don't it feel gooooood to have that drain gone?!?!?! Dr. Schoen said I could go on puree foods too -- but he did tell me I had to get in that protein And thank golly hubby got paid today so I could go out and try some new brands. You're doing GREAT Michelle

Congratulations on the tube coming out. You can puree chicken! Just throw it in the blender with a little mayo and some salt and pepper. Very tasty. You can do the same with tuna and baby shrimp, too. I found that I liked baby food, especially when seasoned a bit. But don't put the jars in the microwave. I learned THAT the hard way! My doc let me have mozzarella string cheese during puree stage, too. You can ask if yours will let you. Great report on the weight loss, too. Keep up the good work. Marty
