Questions about breakfast...
Hi Kris,
I've never been a breakfast eater either. All I have now is a protein shake, which I love and then I don't have to wait an entire hour to drink water. Try the shakes. They make you feel full and you get the majority of your protein. I have some great recipes for when you get a little further out from surgery. I use Isopure vanilla. But just tried the EAS chocolate "ready-made" and that was good too.
Good luck!

do you have problems wtih BREAKFAST foods or just eating in the morning full stop? if it is the breakfast foods than eat whatever takes your fancy. if it is just eating early in the morning, well that is improtant to eat becuase your blood sugar will be low after having gone all night without food and you can feel really sluggish and possibly dizzy in the mornings. you won't have much get up and go. If you can, just try a few bites. if that is all that you can manage, it is at least something. Or drink a small protein shake. something to get in your tummy, in time it will come easier to eat earlier. I have never been a breakfast person. I generally eat 1-3 hours after I get up. I just don't seem to be able to eat first thing when I wake up, and the earlier that I get up the worse that it is. I do genearlly just eat what I want when I do eat though. many times it is a couple bits of something left over from y dinner from the night before that I put in the fridge for just such an occassion.

I can not eat first thing in the mornings, so I drink. I try to eat something around 9-10, and then I dont eat lunch. I do eat dinner though. I am trying as hard as I can to get something in my tummy by 9, but sometime when I try it just doesn't sit and comes back up. I have never been able to eat breakfast, so I didnt know if this would get better or just stay the same.
Much Love,
Kris
