Thank You, Everybody!!

Hi. My name is Bill Phillips. I am Korianne's husband. She asked me to post this message for all you guys...It is around 10pm and I just got home from the hospital. Korianne is doing great! She sailed through surgery, had a little problem in recovery with nausea, but she is a trooper. She is feeling a little regret, but only because she is in pain and she misses our children sooo much. She would love for any of you who could make it to visit her thurs or fri. She is at St Anthonys North in room 305. Unfortunately, I could not get out of work these two days, so any visitors who drop in sure would help. And finally, this is probably my one opportunity to express my feelings to most of you so I will. The way you have all supported my wife these last weeks is inspirational. I would lay down and die for my wife, but she gets something from you guys that I cannot provide...and that is understanding exactly what she goes through each day. It seems she developed a strong bond with some of you and you will never know how grateful I am for that or how much it means to Korianne!! My wife is my life and this surgery will give her new life, so thank you all for being there and for making sure she followed through!!! You are all heroes!!!

Hello Bill, My name is Leslie... Im fairly new to the board .. only about a month... but so glad to here that Korianne is doing so great and surgery went well... This site and the people on it are amazing and supportive... it is a wonderful thing... How are you feeling? Im sure it was nerve racking waiting for Korianne to get out of the operating room.. Now you can breathe a sigh of relief and relax, she will be home with you and the children in no time... hang in there.. My best to Korianne, you and your family... Leslie

Bill, Thank you so much for your post! Thanks also for calling me yesterday to let me know that Korianne did so well in Surgery. I was sure praying for her! I plan on going to see her this evening with Kris and hopefully Leslie. The support of the people on this board is invaluable. They have all been here for me, and I intend to do what I can to be here for everyone else! You sound like the A-number-one supportive husband. (Hard to come by, for sure!) Korianne is blessed to have you by her side. Take care of yourself, and thanks again for letting us know her status. You are appreciated! Susan

Thank you Bill, for posting about Kori!! She is a blessing to us as well. I will most defently stop by ans say HI!! You are truly a supportive husband and I think that is GREAT!!! Thanks for letting us know how Korianne is doing. It's great to know that she has someone as supportive as you to come home. Tell her that she is in my thoughts and that I wish her the best as she begins her new life.
