Memorial M-Care

I am new to the site and am looking for some help about my insurance. I am checking to see if anyone got approved for surgery with M-Care Memorial insurance? I am employee of Memorial and they have a written exclusion on any surgery that causes weight loss. So I am hoping someone out there got approval from this insurance and what you had to do to get things rolling. Thanks Lisa.
