Medicaid Denial

Yep thats it I was officially denied don't know why yet. But I am really bumed.

Kay, I am so sorry to hear that you were denied. Don't lose hope though! I was denied on my first submission, and denied on my 1st level appeal, and then hired a great attorney (who specializes in obesity law) for my 2nd level appeal and was approved. He was VERY reasonably priced! He even took 1/2 down and installments. He has 100% success for getting denials overturned. I have Cigna, not Medicaid, but he works fighting all different insurances. I am really sorry to hear that. I really thought medicaid was supposed to be easy. Dont give up though, appeal. It may not work for your time constraints but it could still happen. Best Wishes Michelle
