Full Size Fashions???

I occasionally shop at Full Size Fashions when I need nice clothes for a special occasion. Well, my brother's wedding is next month and I was going to go there to get a dress. Unfortunately, I just found out they are closing. Does anyone know of a place that sells nice clothes for upto size 6x? It can be Colorado Springs or Denver even. I am still preop and this is the last time my family in Michigan will see me before my surgery and I want to look nice. Any help is appreciated. Amy

Catherine's is a great place, I'm not sure where they are in the Springs, but there are several in the Denver area. The one at Cherry Creek has a usually has a really good formal wear selection. Also, if you go to their website, and order, and if it doesn't fit, or you need to return it for any reason, you can return to the store nearest you, no hassle with sending back anything. Carla

Amy, There is a great plus size consignment shop in Arvada (NW of Denver) called Upscale Plus Career & Bridal. They have beautiful clothes, all in style... and carry lots of mother of the bride (sister of the groom...lol) tpye dresses. Christine's Upscale Plus 3890 Kipling Wheat Ridge, CO 80033 (303) 420-5423 I have been going there for 10 years and the ladies that work there are super friendly! Hi Amy.. You need to check out Ample Dud's.. Havanna & Illif 303-369-9388 SUPER AWESOME place to shop.. I love going there!! VERY reasonable, Very friendly & VERY helpful.. She's a super nice lady!! I got my lace wedding dress there for $60.00 on clearence, 6x mind you.. I have to sell it now because i'll never wear it.. Surgery on July 26th.. She lowered her prices do to the economy & even phoned me personally to tell me she did.. They have dress's there, outfits, swimsuits that go to like 8x Undie's, Bra's, work out clothes, jeans, short's, shoe's (pricey but way comfy). They have dressy dresses on clearence, along with a ton of other stuff.. Was just there last week lol I can abosolutely not say enough about this place!! If you come up this way you really need to check her store out.. Also there is another catherines across the street from Westminster mall by the Toy's r us store.. Nice people there, not a bad selection of dresses either.. I'f i'm not mistaken.. Full size fashions has a web site.. Not sure if it is fullsizefashions.com or fullsizedfashions.com They're based out of Texas.. Maybe they went out of buisness too? I don't know.. Hope i helped!!!
