Is there any type of sugar free candy that is OK to suck on? Thanks

Baskin Robbins has sugar free hard candies, I have found them at Wal-Mart-fruit flavors and at the Family Dollar-ice cream flavors, they are good!

Sue, I got some of the Great Value (from Wal-mart) fruity hard candy last week. It tasted very good. It's made from Splenda. I even got my sugar-holic fiancee to try them and he liked them! One thing I do have to warn you about though. Ok, two things. One, if you eat too many of them at a time, you WILL get diarrhea. Secondly, you swallow alot of air when you eat them. I made myself sick from swallowing too much air and couldn't burp it up. So, it's up to you. Also, the Russell Stovers turtles are very, very yummy! I had a piece when I really needed some chocolate. Oh, and the Hershey's chocolate isn't too bad. Good luck finding something that you like! -Naomi

Wow--you really can eat all of those? I thought they contained sugar alcohols. I am only one week post-op so I may be at a different stage than you. Also--how about the sugar free/fat-free puddings with non-fat milk, and the no sugar added nestle quick--both have no sugar alcohols but I am scared to try. Thanks.
