OH MY!! THAT IS ALL I KNOW TO SAY RIGHT NOW, I JUST GOT AN EMAIL FROM SUSIE WITH DR. CHAE AND SHE SUBMITTED MY INSURANCE THIS MORNING AT 9:47 AND THEN SHE EMAILED ME BACK AT 11:42 AND TOLD ME I WAS APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH MY GOODNESS I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY!! I AM IN TOTAL SHOCK, ALL I CAN SAY IS OH MY.......YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW KRIS

Wow, congrats Kris! I'm not so lucky. Susie keeps "misplacing" my file. She submitted to my insurance two weeks ago Tuesday, and they still have not recieved my files. So needless to say, I am frustrated! So consider yourself very lucky! Kellie
