Memorial Day Weekend

Hello everybody! A friend and I went to Boulder for the weekend and had a blast! I would love to move closer to Boulder so I could enjoy that awesome town more often. If any of you have never gone to the Bolder Boulder or the Boulder Creek Festival I would highly recommend you do so its a really great time. Did you guys catch the Bolder Boulder Memorial Day Celebration on TV? Its been really windy this weekend in Boulder and so the parachuters had a very difficult time landing in the stadium with all that wind. One landed on a rooftop, two landed in the stadium seating, one landed in a tree, one landed amongst the race participants, and only one actually managed to land in the field. It was actually scary, but I don't think any of them got hurt. Hope everyone else's holiday was wonderfull. But most importantly I hope everyone remembered to thank a vet for their service. Michelle, Hey! I wish you'd move up to Boulder, too... so you could be closer to all of us up here! We had a great BBQ! I ate too much, of course. Kris makes a killer potato salad! Kris and Leslie and I even hung out in the treehouse for a while Glad you had a good weekend! Susan
