Lecture Attended - Annoying Chest Pains

Hello All, Just wanted to let you all know I attended Dr. Snyder's lecture on Saturday and got all the details on the approval process and the "journey". Filled out the paperwork and waiting to schedule an initial consultation. The lecture was really great and super-informative. I learned a great deal. Heading to see a cardiologist tomorrow in Parker due to recent chest pains. I've been put on nitro just in case I have major pain. Hoping this won't seriously screw up the road to approval. Who knows, maybe it'll speed it up. Anybody have any ideas on that? Looking forward to coming to a meeting in the near future to meet some of you face to face. I'll check back and keep up as best I can. I work with computers and servers all day, so the last thing I want to do some days when I get home is look at my PC. Off to bed. Ron, PLEASE let us know how it goes at the cardiologist. I haven't come across any other pre-op patients that are having heart problems, so I don't know if it might help or hurt... just hope you get some answers about the chest pains soon! i think it will depend on your ekg and prob they will do an echo if things are ok and you get clearance from the doc you will have the approval to go forward good luck best thing i have done for myself yvonne

Hi Ron. I am new on this message board and would just like to sya hi. Dr Snyder is a great guy. He is the surgeon i chose as well. My surgery is scheduled 06/30/04 and i am very nervous, no advice on the chest pains thing. good luck with that. scary stuff.
