Personal Trainer?

Does anyone know of a good one that works with patients like us in the Denver area??? Sarah

I know that if you go to 24 hour fitness on 81st and Sheridan in Westminster they treat you like dirt. I was going there until the trainer was talking about how heavy I was when I was working out right behind him. Needless to say I never went back. Good Luck on finding someone who will not talk about you behind your back. Kris
