Well my goodness I feel as though I know some of you already. I have been peeking at this board for about a month and a half. I have medicaid and Dr. Tillquist will be my surgeon. My question is regarding the co morbidities I do not have some of the biggies will I be refused (by the dr's office?) because of this. Also any tidbits would be great !!!!!!

I honestly don't think that you would be denied by Dr. Tillquist's office. I think as long as you meet the minimum requirements (age, weight, insurance approval) you shouldn't have a problem. As far as Medicaid goes, that should be pretty easy. I too have Dr. Tillquist and Medicaid. I haven't had any problems with anything. One thing I can say, is to make sure to have your diet history together and your medical records when you go in for your consult. It will make things go so much more smoothly. Oh, and write down any questions that you may have. If you're like me, you'll get into the office and forget everything that you wanted to ask. So, write them down.
