Colorado Access problems anyone?

I am on medicaid have been for almost 3 years, because of a severe back problem. I have never had a problem with them untill now. My case manager is so insistant that I will be denied, I have decided to drop CA. She says my comorbidities are not enough. Severely weak and painful back, before and after surgery for a blown disk, constant joint pain, GERD, possible sleep apnia, and depression diagnosed due to 4 years of constant pain. Not to mention a BMI of over 50. Is this just an isolated case or are there others out there with the same problem?

Michelle, I have a friend that had medicaid, and she got her plan switched over to a PCP, you need a referrel, but then you can pick your doctor, and he/she can better make that decision. good luck!! Vanessa
