Help! Too Dumb to post to surgery sites!

OK--I would love to post to people's surgery sites, and if I weren't completely computer illiterate I would! If someone will tell how, (very detailed) I really am a computer idiot, but otherwise quite intelligent--I would love to support others. For the short amount of time I have been on this list, everybody has really been wonderful and I appreciate it! Eileen
